“Dependable Power First Kentucky is grateful to the Kentucky General Assembly for promoting electric reliability and affordability through their support of Senate Bill 349. We respectfully disagree with characterizations of the bill by its opponents. By providing for expert analysis that will lead to better policy decisions, SB 349 will improve our state’s economic strength at a time when demand for power is soaring nationwide. We look forward to working with state officials and all stakeholders to implement the legislation and provide a secure energy future for Kentucky.”
